As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in the success of our property management team while showcasing available units and providing excellent support throughout the leasing process.

This position is ideal for new Real Estate Licensees looking to earn commission while gaining experience in the Residential Rental side of Real Estate in Florida.

Central Florida residents are preferred as our property management operations are primarily in the Central Florida area, and you will need to be present at showings of our rental properties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries by phone and email
• Collect application fees, deposits, and rent all online 
• Prepare and submit application materials for approval
• Prepare leasing documents
• Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications
• Records visitor traffic, leasing status, and community complaints
• Prepares service requests
• Show available units
• Prepares move-in / move-out notices, inspections, or procedures

The ideal candidate:

• Florida Real Estate License Required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret all forms of information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Reliable means of transportation
• Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
• Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Provide information on rental terms, policies, and rental application procedures
• Knowledge of Real Estate laws and Fair Housing regulations

Rental Heroes Property Management recently became the onsite property management company at Country Walk in Altamonte Springs, Florida. 

With over 12 years of experience in Central Florida, our team is eager to take on this new multifamily property management venture. We have now moved our offices to the Country Walk property, so that our onsite property managers have easier access to managing the improvements that are being done to the property and to tenants in order to address any requests they may have. 

We are currently in the process of making renovations to the property to improve the living experience of the County Walk residents. We have already added a valet trash service which will pick up the resident’s trash on a daily basis, as well as improved the onsite laundry facility equipment to accept debit and credit card payments.

Country Walk is located on prime real estate in North Orlando near many employment hubs including the Central Florida Research Park, the Maitland and Winter Park areas of town, and the Downtown Orlando Central Business District.
