We are working hard to help our tenants by providing useful information and resources during this time.


We’re happy to announce an all-new portal available to our tenants. We have upgraded our management software to make it as convenient as possible for you to submit maintenance requests, view your account, and pay rent—all from your mobile phone! It’s secure, fast, and available 24/7.


You should have already received information on how to get started using your new tenant portal via email. If you need help with the app or if you have any other questions, please contact us at any time.

In all our endeavors during this time, we’re ensuring we are following all safety guidelines to protect both our tenants and our team.


We recently upgraded our property management system to make it simpler to maintain strong communication with tenants using their preferred method: letters, text messages, emails, etc. Throughout this time, we’ve been sending them weekly communications to keep in touch.


Using the new upgraded system, tenants are able to upload their maintenance request either online or via their mobile app. Due to federal guidelines related to the COVID-19 virus, we are only able to perform emergency work orders and while doing that we are practicing safe social distancing between staff and tenants. We are continuing to conduct property tours, and move-ins and move outs are all done by appointment.


We are also working closely with tenants to make it as convenient as possible for them to pay rent, and we’re offering rental assistance when appropriate.
